Madeline Hay
Volunteer Coordinator
Madeline is a dedicated young professional with over four years of experience in volunteer coordination, community organizing, and events. She holds a BMus from McGill University and has completed over 2500 volunteer hours across a range of activities including administration, manual labour, web design, art, content creation, project management, fundraising, and teaching preschool-level English, French, and music. Her greatest passion in life is individual and communal development through volunteering, youth education and empowerment, and the arts. Madeline has always loved to read and has a penchant for political fiction and autobiographies. A chapter a day keeps the blues away! She believes that accessible, quality education for youth is the most important and effective strategy towards diminishing inequity locally and globally. Her goal is to have everyone reap the mental and physical benefits of getting involved in their communities – by having everyone become a volunteer!
